Baker Hughes in Argentina seeks a Commercial Lead for Directional Drilling Services in the Vaca Muerta basin. You will develop and execute the commercial strategy, drive growth through client engagement, and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation.

You will work with operators like YPF, Vista, Tecpetrol, Pampa, Pluspetrol and Capex, coordinate with operations and engineering, and identify cross‑sell opportunities across bits, fluids, motors, MWD/LWD, and RSS while

Formación

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Directional Drilling, MWD/LWD, motors, RSS, or BHA optimization.
• Strong understanding of wellbore data interpretation and drilling KPIs.
• Experience with operators in shale basins preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Developing and executing the commercial strategy for Directional Drilling Services in the Vaca Muerta basin.
• Managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting to contract negotiation.
• Building relationships with operators such as YPF, Vista, Tecpetrol, Pampa, Pluspetrol, Capex.
• Delivering technical presentations and post‑well analyses to show value.
• Collaborating with operations, engineering and product lines for service quality.
