Baker Hughes in Argentina seeks a Commercial Lead for Directional Drilling Services to drive the commercial strategy in the Vaca Muerta basin. You will manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting to contract negotiation—and demonstrate value through technical excellence.

Build relationships with operators such as YPF, Vista, Tecpetrol, Pampa and Pluspetrol, and collaborate with operations and engineering to ensure service quality and growth across bits, fluids, motors, MWD/LWD, and RSS.

Formación

• Minimum 10 years in Directional Drilling, MWD/LWD, motors or RSS.
• Strong understanding of wellbore data interpretation and drilling KPIs.
• Proven ability to manage technical sales cycles and influence stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute commercial strategy for Directional Drilling in Vaca Muerta.
• Manage full sales cycle: prospecting, scoping, pricing, proposals and negotiations.
• Build relationships with key operators (YPF, Vista, Tecpetrol, Pampa, Pluspetrol, Capex).
• Deliver technical presentations and post-well analyses to show value.
• Collaborate with operations, engineering and product lines to ensure service quality and customer satisfaction.
• Identify cross-sell/upsell opportunities across bits, fluids, motors, MWD/LWD and RSS.
• Support tenders, commercial models and contract renewals.
