Baker Hughes in Argentina is seeking a Sales Coordinator for Directional Drilling Services to develop and execute the commercial strategy in the Vaca Muerta basin, driving growth through deep technical understanding and disciplined commercial execution.

You will manage the full sales cycle, build relationships with operators such as YPF, Vista, Tecpetrol, Pampa, Pluspetrol, and Capex, and coordinate with operations and engineering to ensure service quality.

Formación

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Directional Drilling, MWD/LWD, motors, RSS, or BHA optimization.
• Strong understanding of wellbore data interpretation and drilling KPIs.
• Experience with operators in Vaca Muerta or similar shale basins.
• Ability to manage technical sales cycles and influence engineering and procurement stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills to translate technical information into commercial value.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute the commercial strategy for Directional Drilling Services in the Vaca Muerta basin.
• Manage the full sales cycle including prospecting, technical scoping, pricing, proposals, and contract negotiation.
• Build and maintain relationships with operators (YPF, Vista, Tecpetrol, Pampa, Pluspetrol, Capex) and drilling contractors.
• Deliver technical presentations, performance reviews, and post-well analysis to show service value.
• Collaborate with operations, engineering, and product lines to ensure service quality.
• Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities across bits, fluids, motors, MWD/LWD, RSS.
• Support tender submissions, commercial models, and contract renewals.
• Maintain accurate pipelines, forecasts, and customer intelligence in CRM.
• Ensure compliance with local HSE requirements and company standards.
