Job summary

WSP is seeking a Software Asset Management Specialist to join the regional SAM team spanning Latin America and other international regions. You will manage licensing across a large portfolio, interpret terms, and maintain accurate asset records to support timely renewals and optimization.

Collaborate with IT, Procurement, Finance and Engineering to resolve licensing needs, ensure compliance, and drive cost efficiency in a high-volume, multi-publisher environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Software Asset Management experience with licensing
• Experience with entitlements, renewals, license utilization, compliance and audits
• Ability to manage high volumes and prioritize publisher requests
• Advanced English and Spanish for regional/global collaboration

Responsibilities

• Manage software licensing requests across full lifecycle
• Interpret licensing terms, metrics and entitlements across publishers/models
• Maintain software asset/entitlement records including purchasing/licensing
• Coordinate renewals, reallocations and optimization activities
• Support license compliance, audits and reporting
• Collaborate with IT, Procurement, Finance, Engineering and vendors
• Handle competing priorities in a high-volume environment and drive SAM process improvements
