Job summary

WSP is seeking a Software Asset Management Specialist to join the regional SAM team. You will manage licensing across Latin America and other international regions, coordinating with IT, procurement, finance and engineering to ensure compliance, optimization and timely service delivery.

Strong licensing knowledge and a hands-on, multi-publisher approach are essential. The role requires managing high-volume requests, maintaining records, and supporting audits with a focus on cost efficiency and

Qualifications

Hands-on SAM experience with licensing and ITAM responsibilities.
Experience interpreting licensing terms, entitlements and renewals.
Experience with multi-publisher environments and diverse licensing models.

Responsibilities

Manage software licensing requests across the full lifecycle.
Interpret licensing terms and entitlements across multiple publishers and models.
Maintain accurate asset and entitlement records, including purchasing details.
Coordinate renewals, reallocations and optimization activities.
Support license compliance, audits and reporting to improve utilization and cost efficiency.
Collaborate with IT, procurement, finance and engineering to resolve licensing needs.
