WSP's global Software Asset Management team is seeking a Software Asset Management Specialist to support a large portfolio across Latin America and international regions. You will manage licensing lifecycle, entitlements, renewals and optimization, collaborating with IT, Procurement, Finance and engineering to ensure accuracy and cost efficiency.

The role requires hands-on SAM experience, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in English and Spanish, with a focus on timely service delivery

Qualifications

• HANDS-ON SAM experience with licensing and IT Asset Management.
• Knowledge of node-locked, concurrent/floating, named-user and cloud licenses.
• Experience managing a multivendor software portfolio across publishers.
• Experience with entitlements, renewals, license utilization and audits.
• Ability to manage high volume requests and prioritize work.
• Advanced English and Spanish proficiency.
• SAM platform experience: Snow, Flexera, ServiceNow.

Responsabilités

• Manage software licensing requests across full lifecycle.
• Interpret licensing terms and entitlements across publishers.
• Maintain asset and entitlement records with purchasing data.
• Coordinate renewals, reallocations and optimization activities.
• Support compliance, audits and cost optimization efforts.
• Collaborate with IT, Procurement, Finance and vendors to resolve licensing needs.
