Job summary

Siemens seeks a Sr Web Analyst to own data ingestion, CRM integrations, and the data warehouse for education-focused marketing. You will architect scalable pipelines, map multi-source data, and enable fast Looker Studio dashboards and automated reports for education partners.

In a remote, async team, you will drive data quality, CI/CD, and data segregation across multi-client environments, delivering trusted insights to stakeholders and clients in the nonprofit sector.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on data engineering in marketing or agency settings.
• Experience configuring datastreams, transformations, destinations in Adverity or similar ETL platforms.
• Advanced SQL with BigQuery experience in transformation and modeling.
• Expertise in dbt or Dataform for modular, version-controlled pipelines.
• Python for custom API connections and automation.
• CRM data flows with Slate, Salesforce, and/or HubSpot.
• Strong understanding of marketing metrics (ROAS, CPA, CAC) and Looker Studio performance.
• Git and collaborative development workflows; multi-client data environment management.
• Analytical, growth-minded, and capable of translating complex data into clear narratives for education marketing.

Responsibilities

• Own data ingestion and pipeline architecture; connect API pipelines into Adverity and build custom Python connectors.
• Own CRM integration to ensure lead/enrollment data flows into the warehouse.
• Own the data warehouse in Google BigQuery; design schemas and manage partitioning and cost.
• Own transformation and mapping; build modular, version-controlled SQL pipelines with dbt/Dataform.
• Maintain CI/CD and data segregation across multi-client environments.
• Enable the reporting layer with efficient Looker Studio dashboards and Google Sheets reports.
• Monitor data quality, resolve API breaks, and minimize latency across data layers.
