Job summary

Siemens is seeking a Sr Web Analyst for a remote role in Education marketing. You will own end-to-end data ingestion, CRM integration, and a scalable BigQuery warehouse, connecting paid media, CRM, and Looker Studio reporting to deliver reliable, client-ready insights.

The role requires 5+ years in data engineering within marketing/agency settings, plus expertise in dbt/Dataform, SQL, Python, and ETL tools like Adverity.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on data engineering experience, ideally in marketing/agency environments.
• Strong experience configuring datastreams, transformations, and destinations in ETL platforms (Adverity or comparable).
• Intermediate to advanced SQL with BigQuery experience.
• Expertise in dbt or Dataform with modular, version-controlled SQL pipelines.
• Python proficiency for API connections and automation.
• CRM data flows and integrations (Slate, Salesforce, HubSpot).
• Deep understanding of marketing metrics (ROAS, CPA, CAC) and paid platform schemas.

Responsibilities

• Own data ingestion & pipeline architecture across paid media and CRM systems.
• Own CRM integration to keep lead/enrollment data flowing to warehouse.
• Own data warehouse in BigQuery with scalable schemas and storage strategy.
• Own transformation & mapping using dbt/Dataform with clear naming conventions.
• Own CI/CD & data segregation across multi-client environments.
• Enable reporting layer for Looker Studio dashboards and automated sheets.
• Drive data quality with monitoring, validation, and anomaly checks.
