Atomic HR is seeking a Senior Data Engineer to join a fast-growing performance marketing agency serving higher education and nonprofit sectors. You will own end-to-end data pipelines—from ad accounts and CRM through Adverity into a BigQuery warehouse, with modular dbt/Dataform transformations and Looker Studio dashboards.

You will drive data quality, CI/CD, and scalable reporting, collaborating with the Data and Analytics Manager to evolve the automated reporting suite while maintaining trust

Formación

• 5+ years hands-on data engineering experience, ideally in a marketing or agency environment.
• Strong experience configuring datastreams and destinations in Adverity or comparable ETL platforms (Fivetran, Supermetrics, Funnel).
• Intermediate to advanced SQL, with proven BigQuery transformation, partitioning and modeling.
• Expertise in dbt or Dataform, modular, version-controlled SQL pipelines.
• Python proficiency for custom API connections and automation.
• Experience with CRM data flows (Slate, Salesforce, HubSpot).
• Understanding of marketing metrics (ROAS, CPA, CAC) and paywall schemas, with Looker Studio performance focus.

Responsabilidades

• Own data ingestion & pipeline architecture from paid media platforms into Adverity and beyond.
• Own CRM integration to ensure clean lead/enrollment data flows into the warehouse.
• Own the data warehouse in BigQuery, designing schemas and managing partitioning and storage.
• Own transformation & mapping with modular dbt/Dataform pipelines and standardized metrics.
• Maintain CI/CD pipelines and enforce data segregation across multi-client environments.
• Enable the reporting layer with Looker Studio dashboards and automated Google Sheets reports.
