Atomic HR is seeking a Senior Data Engineer (Marketing-oriented) to own ingestion, CRM integration, and the data warehouse for education-focused marketing. You’ll build scalable pipelines from ad data and CRM into BigQuery, and deliver reliable Looker Studio dashboards and automated reports.

We value hands-on expertise with Adverity or similar ETL tools, strong SQL (BigQuery), and modular dbt/Dataform pipelines. This remote role supports education partners and nonprofit initiatives at scale.

Formación

• 5+ years hands-on data engineering in marketing/agency environments.
• Strong experience configuring datastreams, transformations, and destinations in ETL platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Own data ingestion and pipeline architecture from paid media and CRM into Adverity and warehouse.
• Own CRM integration (Slate, Salesforce, HubSpot) so lead data flows into the warehouse.
• Own the data warehouse in Google BigQuery with efficient schemas and partitioning.
• Own transformation pipelines (dbt/Dataform) with modular, documented SQL transformations.
• Maintain CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions) and enforce data segregation across multi-client environments.
• Enable the reporting layer with Looker Studio dashboards and automated Google Sheets reports.
• Drive data quality through monitoring, validation, and automated testing.
