Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Directional Drilling, MWD/LWD, motors, RSS, or BHA optimization.
• Strong understanding of wellbore data interpretation and drilling KPIs.
• Experience working with operators in shale basins such as Vaca Muerta.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the commercial strategy for Directional Drilling Services in the Vaca Muerta basin, driving growth through customer engagement and technical expertise.
• Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, scoping, pricing, proposals, and contract negotiation.
• Build and maintain relationships with operators and drilling contractors; deliver technical presentations and post-well analysis.
