The role requires a deep technical background in directional drilling and strong ability to translate technical value into commercial outcomes. Collaboration with operations and engineering is essential to ensure quality and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Directional Drilling, MWD/LWD, motors, RSS, or BHA optimization.
• Strong understanding of wellbore data interpretation and drilling KPIs.
• Experience with operators in Vaca Muerta or other shale basins preferred.
• Proven ability to manage technical sales cycles and influence engineering and procurement teams.
• Excellent communication skills to translate technical value into commercial terms.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the commercial strategy for Directional Drilling Services in the Vaca Muerta basin.
• Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, scoping, pricing, proposals, and contract negotiation.
• Build and maintain relationships with operators and drilling contractors.
• Deliver technical presentations and post-well analysis to show service value.
