Job summary

Baker Hughes in Argentina seeks a Commercial Lead for Directional Drilling Services to drive the commercial strategy in the Vaca Muerta basin. You will manage the full sales cycle and engage with operators and contractors.

You will deliver technical value, coordinate with operations and engineering, and pursue cross-sell opportunities across bits, fluids, motors, MWD/LWD, and RSS while ensuring HSE and company standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Directional Drilling, MWD/LWD, motors, RSS, or BHA optimization.
• Strong understanding of wellbore data interpretation and drilling KPIs.
• Experience with operators in shale basins (Vaca Muerta preferred).
• Ability to manage technical sales cycles and influence engineering/procurement.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute commercial strategy for Directional Drilling Services in the Vaca Muerta basin.
• Manage full sales cycle: prospecting, scoping, pricing, proposals, contracts.
• Build and maintain relationships with operators and drilling contractors.
• Deliver technical presentations, performance reviews, and post-well analysis.
• Collaborate with operations, engineering, and product lines to ensure service quality.
