Job summary

Baker Hughes seeks a Commercial Lead for Directional Drilling Services in Argentina, focused on developing the commercial strategy and driving growth in the Vaca Muerta basin. You will manage the full sales cycle, engage with top operators, and align service delivery with Baker Hughes standards.

You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to win tenders, optimize across drilling components, and ensure adherence to HSE and quality expectations in each engagement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in Directional Drilling, MWD/LWD, motors, RSS, or BHA optimization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the commercial strategy for Directional Drilling Services in the Vaca Muerta basin.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation.
• Build and maintain relationships with operators such as YPF, Vista, Tecpetrol, Pampa, Pluspetrol, Capex.
• Deliver technical presentations and post-well analysis to demonstrate service value.
• Collaborate with operations, engineering and product lines to ensure service quality.
• Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities across bits, fluids, motors, MWD/LWD, and RSS.
• Support tender submissions, commercial models, and contract renewals.
• Maintain accurate opportunity pipelines, forecasts, and CRM data.
• Ensure compliance with local HSE requirements.
