EY in Buenos Aires is looking for a Talent Consultant, Assistant Director to provide strategic HR consultation and lead initiatives in talent management. You'll be deeply involved in executing key HR processes and providing insights through data analytics.

The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree, over seven years of relevant experience, and knowledge in financial services. Strong communication skills and proficiency in MS Office are necessary, along with an eagerness to influence and drive organizational change.

Formación

• Seven-plus years of experience with working knowledge of United States Labor Law.
• Strong command of English Language (written and oral).
• Cross border working knowledge.
• Financial Services knowledge (Banking, Capital Markets, Insurance or Wealth Management).

Responsabilidades

• Execute significant HR processes including compensation and performance management.
• Serve as frontline support to customer groups and provide strategic support.
• Utilize data analytics for insights on headcount, salaries, and budgets.

Translating complex data into insights

Knowledge of HR regulations and processes

Educación

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

Master's degree (ideally) with HR certification
