EY Buenos Aires is seeking an Executive Recruiting Coordinator to provide operations and customer-service support for the Executive Recruiting team, focusing on executive hiring. You will coordinate candidate activity, maintain records, and support interview and pre-hire processes.

Based in Buenos Aires, you will work with both BA and US teams, using established procedures and templates to ensure timely updates and compliance throughout the recruiting lifecycle.

Formación

• 0–2 years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR, or related fields.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

Responsabilidades

• Provide day-to-day coordination and administrative support across the recruiting lifecycle.
• Use Avature and recruiting systems to manage candidate flow and records.
• Coordinate executive interview logistics and communications, including calendars.
• Support pre-hire, compliance and onboarding processes and related documentation.
• Assist with onboarding, invoicing, and recurring operational activities.
• Ensure quality checks and protect confidential information.
