Ernst & Young Advisory Services Sdn Bhd in Buenos Aires is seeking a highly motivated Senior Associate to support the Workforce Strategy and Design team, advancing the firm’s workforce evolution agenda. You will contribute to strategic workforce initiatives, organization and role design, and cross-functional analyses that help define, structure, and deploy talent to meet evolving business needs.

3–5 years of experience in workforce strategy, organization design, talent transformation, consulting, or a related field.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and structured thinking skills.
Experience developing presentations, summaries, and project materials for diverse stakeholders.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, team-based environment.
Comfort working across ambiguity and contributing to evolving strategic priorities.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Interest in the future of work, workforce transformation, and evolving talent models.

Responsabilidades

Support team strategy priorities by developing materials, analyses, and recommendations.
Support role design, organization structure analysis, and career architecture to define how work and talent should be organized.
Act as a thought partner to challenge assumptions and enable innovative thinking.
Build relationships across teams to coordinate across all Office efforts.
