EY in Buenos Aires seeks an Executive Recruiting Coordinator - Associate to support executive hiring within the BA delivery team. You will coordinate candidate activity, maintain recruiting records and support interviews and pre-hire processes.

The role partners with Executive Recruiters to deliver timely updates, assist with onboarding, and ensure compliance across BA and US time zones, following EY procedures and quality controls.

Formación

• 0-2 years of experience in recruiting coordination or related fields.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
• Proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Fluency in English, verbal and written.
• Ability to work with US-based colleagues during agreed business-hour overlap.

Responsabilidades

• Provide day-to-day coordination and administrative support across the executive recruiting lifecycle, from initial candidate processing through onboarding and post-hire activities.
• Use Avature and other recruiting systems to move candidates through defined workflow steps, maintain accurate candidate records, and support reporting.
• Coordinate executive interview logistics, including availability, calendar invitations, candidate communications, and follow-up.
• Support pre-hire and compliance processes, including background investigations and onboarding documentation.
• Prepare and maintain candidate materials and recruiting documentation using templates and checklists.
• Coordinate onboarding and preboarding activities, including SuccessFactors entries and start-date notifications.
• Process approved recruiting invoices and maintain cost-tracking information.
• Complete quality checks and escalate issues when needed.
