EY is seeking an Experience Manager in Argentina to identify talent, balance staffing for engagements, and act as a trusted advisor to leaders. You will coordinate with engagement managers, recruiting, talent, and visa teams to ensure optimal resource allocation.

You will read utilization reports, forecast hours, and drive strategic staffing decisions while maintaining strong client service and a focus on outcomes.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5-7 years of experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications and strong problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Assign appropriate client service personnel to engagements while balancing workload and utilization.
• Promote sharing of resources and coordinate with teams across regions and service lines.
• Identify scheduling risks and take action to optimize staffing and engagement success.
• Resolve conflicts and propose alternatives respecting engagement requirements.
• Build relationships with client service staff and align on career development goals.
• Prioritize staffing decisions based on engagement needs.
• Counsel staff as needed and escalate issues to leadership.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with recruiting, talent, and visa/immigration teams.
• Read and interpret utilization reports; forecast hours and track headcount.
• Communicate data insights to leadership and drive strategic resource plans.
