EY in Buenos Aires seeks a Talent Consultant, Assistant Director to lead HR programs, partner with leaders, and drive the talent agenda for the firm. You will coordinate HR activities, influence new programs and provide solutions on employee relations while supporting business leaders.

You’ll analyze staffing, headcount and compensation data, address inquiries, and guide leaders through change in a fast-paced, professional services environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Ten-plus years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong command of English (written and oral).
• Cross border working knowledge.
• Financial Services knowledge (e.g., Banking, Capital Markets, Insurance).

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and facilitate HR activities for a specific population.
• Implement, execute and influence innovative HR programs aligned with the Talent agenda.
• Address and resolve employee inquiries and advise business leaders.
• Collect and analyze staffing, headcount, budgets and compensation data to identify trends and make recommendations.
