Hire Hangar is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer who will own the technical customer journey, from discovery and design to POV execution and early production success. You will work across on‑prem, cloud, and hybrid environments to deliver measurable value for enterprise customers and partner with Sales.

You will lead live demos, architecture design, and deployment strategies, with a focus on AI readiness, governance, and security.

Formación

• Experience in a customer-facing technical role (Solutions Engineer, Architect, or Sales Engineer).
• Strong background in enterprise infrastructure across on-prem and cloud/hybrid environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Solid networking and security fundamentals (routing, firewalls, IAM).
• Experience with unstructured data environments and governance considerations.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to technical and executive audiences.
• Familiarity with AI concepts, workflows, data preparation, and governance considerations.
• Remote work experience with US or UK-based companies preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead technical discovery with enterprise customers and translate objectives into scalable architectures.
• Deliver live demos, deep dives, and executive presentations for diverse stakeholders.
• Design deployment architectures across on‑prem, cloud, and hybrid environments with trade‑offs.
• Own end‑to‑end POV engagements including installation, configuration, integration, validation, and outcomes.
• Troubleshoot deployment and performance issues; validate throughput and measurable impact.
• Drive transition from POV to production with documentation and knowledge transfer.
• Advise Product/Engineering with customer feedback as the technical voice.
