Homera Health is seeking a Solution Architect II to define the technical vision for projects and craft scalable, secure, and cost-effective architectures. You will lead design efforts, mentor peers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative, compliant healthcare experiences.

The role emphasizes strategic thinking, hands-on cloud and microservices expertise, and strong communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or a related field (Master's degree a plus).
• 7+ years of experience in solution architecture or related technical role.
• 3-5 years of experience in solution design and implementation with domain expertise (cloud/security).
• Proven track record of leading and delivering complex technical projects.
• Mastery of cloud, enterprise architecture and IT security.
• Strong ability to generate innovative solutions.
• Excellent communication bridging technical and non-technical audiences.
• Analytical and strategic thinking with long-term view.
• Certification in solution architecture (AWS/Azure/GC).
• Experience with enterprise integration patterns and best practices.
• Hands-on with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Strong knowledge of microservices and containers (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Ability to document architecture designs comprehensively.
• Experience with automation and orchestration tools.
• Familiarity with GDPR/HIPAA compliance.

• Collaborate with development teams to ensure implementation.
• Identify opportunities for optimization across systems.
• Monitor emerging technologies and integrate into strategy.
• Mentor junior Solution Architects and share knowledge.
