Salesforce in Bangalore is seeking a Senior Sales Support Engineer with deep cloud infrastructure management, automation, scripting and SRE practices to join our team.

You will partner with Solution Engineers, Product Specialists and Solution Architects to provision and optimize infrastructure for POCs, workshops and global product demos, driving automation, cost optimization and secure, reliable demos that accelerate sales.

Formación

• 6 to 10 years of experience in Cloud Infrastructure Engineering, DevOps or Data Engineering, preferably supporting technical sales or customer-facing environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (B.Tech / B.E).
• Hands-on experience with at least two major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and IaC tools like Terraform/Ansible.
• Proficient with Docker, Kubernetes and secure CI/CD automation pipelines.
• Strong scripting skills (Python, Shell) and Linux administration (RedHat/Ubuntu) and Windows.

Responsabilidades

• Deploy and maintain high-availability Demo, POC and workshop environments across multi-cloud and on-premises setups.
• Develop automation frameworks using Terraform, Ansible and CI/CD pipelines to minimize manual provisioning.
• Partner with Cloud & Product Operations to ensure peak performance and high availability of IDMC services across AWS, Azure and GCP.
• Monitor resources with tools like Prometheus and CloudWatch; implement FinOps to optimize cloud costs.
• Automate deployments with secure CI/CD pipelines and enforce security best practices.
• Create and maintain runbooks, technical documentation and collaborate with global teams.
