Jobtailor is seeking a senior customer-facing technical leader to align AI and data initiatives with business goals, delivering scalable solutions across on-prem, cloud, and hybrid environments.

You will engineer and present demos, lead end-to-end deployments, troubleshoot performance and security, and serve as a technical liaison between customers and Product/Engineering teams.

Formación

• 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role (Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, Solutions Architect, or similar) within SaaS, infrastructure, or AI environments.
• Strong experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP, including hybrid architecture design.
• Solid understanding of networking and security principles (firewalls, IAM, routing, access controls).
• Experience working with large-scale unstructured data systems and governance models.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both engineers and executive stakeholders.
• Working knowledge of AI/ML workflows, data preparation, and compliance considerations.
• Must have prior remote work experience, fluent with remote collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana), ideally with US/UK-based companies.
