Caylent is seeking a Senior Software Architect to join our Cloud Native Applications team. You will work with engineers, architects, sales, and project managers to deliver AWS solutions for diverse customers and partners, shaping architecture and development practices across engagements.

Lead design discussions, drive backlog grooming, and mentor teammates while delivering scalable, secure cloud-native applications on AWS and other cloud platforms.

Formación

• 5+ years of software development and cloud-native systems.
• Strong experience with web technologies and frontend frameworks.
• APIs, databases, and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, monitoring, security.
• Familiarity with Generative AI technologies.
• Proven ability to lead a workstream and contribute individually.

Responsabilidades

• Lead agile ceremonies and guide teams through backlogs and architecture discussions.
• Translate customer requirements into actionable tickets for engineers.
• Delegate tasks to engineers to deliver customer projects.
• Drive requirements gathering and backlog grooming with stakeholders.
• Oversee DevOps pipelines, CI/CD, IaC, security, monitoring, and logging.
• Troubleshoot issues across development, test, and production environments.
• Write production-grade code with unit and integration tests.
• Mentor peers and collaborate with engineers to deliver cloud-native apps on AWS.
