IgniteTech is seeking a senior software engineer to own AI-native engineering at scale. You will build leverage for agents to run end-to-end workflows, reduce bottlenecks, and ship enterprise-grade features with product leadership.

Fully remote, async-first, global team. You will lead a senior group, define architecture, and push standards and evaluations to Fortune 100‑grade customers.

Formación

• 5+ years of full-stack software engineering.
• Production AI/LLM integration experience.
• Enterprise-grade software delivery with strong quality gates.
• Experience leading senior engineers and reviews of PRs.
• Ability to operate in an async, remote, globally distributed team.

Responsabilidades

• Build and sharpen the system that lets AI own end-to-end work flows.
• Direct and improve fleets of agents; fix underlying capabilities, not just outputs.
• Ship enterprise-grade AI features with close product leadership collaboration.
• Share fixes as reusable rules, context, and skills for the team.
• Lead a senior team of engineers; scope work and uphold quality bar.
