Job summary

Syneos Health, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Solution Design professional to manage the strategic solution development process for customer proposals and ensure cross-functional integration.

This role partners with the VP of Solution Design, Business Development and Specialists to assess opportunities and deliver integrated bespoke proposals that meet client needs and drive awarded work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a related field.
• 5+ years of relevant working experience in Lifesciences or consulting.
• 4+ years Program and Project Management experience in matrixed organizations.
• Management consulting or services company experience (e.g., CRO, CCO).
• Excellent communications and people management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
• Ability to handle ambiguity and multiple concurrent assignments.
• The drive for self-development, the ability to collaborate, and an action-oriented work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Lead from proposal to awarded work with leadership, BD, and specialists.
• Partner with BD to align proposed solutions with the customer.
• Coordinate with Deployment Solutions and cross-functional teams within Syneos Health.
• Clearly communicate information to internal partners to design an initial solution.
• Assess and ensure the solution is integrated, aligned with the approach, and meets client needs.
• Lead follow-up activities bridging to awarded work and manage ambiguity.
• Keep key stakeholders updated on opportunity status and next steps.
• Support customer programs by analyzing current state and advising on evolution.
