Syneos Health is seeking an Associate Director, Solution Design to lead the end-to-end solution development process and ensure cross-functional integration. You will manage a team, provide guidance, and drive quality across opportunities from design to delivery.

Formación

Bachelor's degree required.
7+ years' experience in life sciences or consulting.
Program and project management experience.
Experience in management consulting or services company (e.g., CRO, CCO).
Willingness to travel approximately 25%.

Responsabilidades

Manage the overall solution development process and ensure integration across functions.
Quality check work throughout the solution development process.
Participate in virtual and live customer presentations and document follow-up actions.
Navigate internal processes and customer needs to facilitate contracts and work orders.
Keep stakeholders updated on opportunity status and actions.
Onboard team members and transfer relationships to delivery teams.
Lead weekly operations meetings to assign resources to opportunities.
