Syneos Health Commercial Solutions is seeking a skilled proposal writer to collaborate with internal stakeholders to craft customized customer responses that articulate needs, win themes, and drive new business awards. This role works closely with the VP, Solution Design and BD Generalists to ensure opportunities pass assessment and are optimized for quality control.

Formación

• BA/BS or equivalent in business or health-related field.
• Experience working with proposals in the pharmaceutical or CSO industry.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with strong project management.
• Ability to work under pressure in a deadline-driven environment.

Responsabilidades

• Create customized and compelling customer response documents focused on client solutions.
• Produces high quality, customer-specific deliverables aligned with corporate strategy and branding.
• Ensures effective communication among internal stakeholders to drive project strategy.
• Meets deadlines by setting priorities and soliciting reviews from leadership.
• Supports stakeholders to communicate core strategies across deliverables.
• Engages in special projects to support BD initiatives and leadership agendas.
