Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Proposal Analyst to support RFP responses by coordinating with Business Development, SMEs, and finance teams. You will help craft budgets, tailor proposal content, and ensure alignment with client requirements and internal standards.

The role requires strong MS Office skills, analytical ability, and experience with proposal processes in the CRO/pharma sector. Collaboration with various internal teams is essential to success.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in business or health-related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in proposal preparation in CRO/pharma is a plus.
• Familiarity with RFP processes, budgets and client specifications.

Responsibilities

• Receives and analyzes Requests for Proposals (RFPs) from Business Development and ensures SMEs are assigned.
• Prepares and adjusts proposal text, budgets, and cover letters in response to RFPs and rebids.
• Ensures proposal content and budgets align with RFP, client specs and internal assumptions.
• Obtains third party quotes as needed.
• Manages the proposals process and stage gates from receipt to delivery with limited supervision.
• Collaborates with contracts, finance, and operations to facilitate project initiation.
