Job summary

Syneos Health, Inc. is seeking a Solution Design Manager to drive the development of pitches, collate materials, and create client-facing content within the Full-Service Commercial team.

The role aligns to a Functional Lead, Go-to-Market, NOD, or Special Project and requires 50% dedicated time to aligned area with remaining time on pitches, projects and development. The manager supports budgets and pricing models, collaborates with BU partners, and leads storyboarding and working sessions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3–4 years of relevant experience in management consulting or services.
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a matrixed environment.
• Willingness to travel approximately 25%.

Responsibilities

• Develop pitches and client-facing content with BU partners.
• Gather materials and coordinate SME interviews and BU meetings.
• Storyboard and design client-ready deliverables.
• Support budgets, pricing models, and cross-functional workstreams.
• Communicate directions to international teams and manage deadlines.
