Syneos Health in Buenos Aires, Argentina is seeking a Proposal Manager to craft customized client responses and persuasive proposals that reflect our operational strategy. You will work with the VP, Solution Design and BD teams to move opportunities through assessment and review, ensuring quality and brand consistency.

The role requires strong writing and presentation skills, experience with pharmaceutical proposals, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.

Formación

• Excellent oral and written communication skills and strong project and process management abilities.
• Experience creating proposals in the pharmaceutical or CSO industry.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines with accuracy and quality.

Responsabilidades

• Create customized customer response documents highlighting differentiation and strategy.
• Produce high-quality, client-specific deliverables aligned with corporate branding.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to drive strategy and approvals.
• Manage deadlines by setting priorities and target dates with executive input.
• Support communications to convey core business strategies in deliverables.
• Participate in special projects supporting BD initiatives across leadership teams.
• May perform other duties as assigned by line manager.
