Syneos Health Commercial Solutions is seeking a senior Solution Designer to manage the strategic development of customer proposals. You will work with the VP, Solution Design, and Business Development stakeholders to ensure integrated, bespoke proposals from assessment to delivery.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field.
• Minimum 5 years in Lifesciences or consulting.
• 4+ years Program and Project Management in matrixed organizations.
• Management consulting or services company experience (e.g., CRO, CCO).
• Excellent communications and people management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
• Ability to handle ambiguity and multiple concurrent assignments.
• Drive for self-development, the ability to collaborate, and an action-oriented work ethic.

Responsabilidades

• Create the initial solution design and follow-up actions to bridge prospects from presentation to sold work.
• Partner with BD to align on proposed solution to customer.
• Collaborate with Deployment Solutions and broader Syneos Health teams across stakeholders.
• Clearly communicate with internal partners about opportunity approach and design.
• Check work throughout the solution development process to ensure integration and client fit.
• Lead follow-up activities that transition to awarded work, handling complexity and ambiguity.
• Keep stakeholders updated on opportunity status and client decision timing.
• Support existing customer programs by analyzing current state and suggesting evolution.
