Job summary

Syneos Health, Inc. is seeking a Senior Consultant to manage day-to-day project operations and develop high-quality client deliverables for pharmaceutical and biotech engagements. You will work autonomously to define scope, timelines, budgets, and resource plans across cross-functional teams.

The role requires strong experience in consulting within pharma/biotech, market access, payor and reimbursement, and demonstrated project management capabilities. MBA or graduate degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• MBA or graduate degree in business or life sciences.
• Experience in consulting in Pharma or biotech with market access, payor and reimbursement experience.
• Prior experience with analyzing patient-level claims data.
• Demonstrated project management experience.
• Ability to assess client needs, problem solve, and deliver clear and compelling strategic recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day project operations and create high-quality project materials and client deliverables.
• Contribute to cross-functional management of projects and maintain scope, budget, resources, and timelines.
• Establish trusted advisor relationships with clients through credibility and reliability.
• Synthesize secondary research data sources into clear industry and market insights.
