BriteCore is seeking a Technical Support Specialist (SaaS | SQL) for a remote role based in Argentina. You will work directly with production databases and live systems, performing technical troubleshooting in a fast-paced SaaS environment and collaborating with engineering to resolve complex issues.

You will troubleshoot across database, application, and infrastructure layers, using SQL and Microsoft stack tools, while maintaining strong client communication and creating robust documentation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of technical support experience in a SaaS or software environment.
• Strong SQL skills with experience in production data and live systems.
• Excellent English communication to interact with clients.

Responsabilités

• Diagnose and resolve issues across database, application, and infrastructure layers.
• Investigate production incidents and troubleshoot performance bottlenecks using SQL queries.
• Communicate findings clearly to clients and collaborate with engineering for complex cases.
• Monitor production environments and improve documentation and processes during quieter periods.
• Provide hands-on support in a cloud Microsoft stack (Azure, SQL Server, .NET, Angular).
