Job summary

Tether is seeking an Automation QA Engineer to own desktop and mobile testing across its fintech platforms. You will architect and maintain robust test automation, ensuring reliable coverage for critical user journeys.

As part of a global team, you will integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions), perform manual and exploratory testing, and collaborate with developers to improve testability.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in QA automation with hands-on manual testing.
• Experience in CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions as example).
• Experience with Electron and/or React Native apps testing.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain desktop and mobile test automation for critical user flows.
• Integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines and keep them fast and reliable.
• Investigate failures, fix flaky tests, and manage test data and environments.
• Report clear, reproducible bugs and verify fixes.
• Work with developers and product on testability and acceptance criteria.
• Perform hands-on functional, exploratory, and regression testing of new features.
• Choose manual or automated coverage based on risk; maintain regression suites.
