Tether is seeking an Automation QA Engineer to own desktop and mobile test automation while performing manual and exploratory testing. You will integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines and collaborate with engineering to ensure robust testability across Electron/React Native apps, on iOS/Android devices, leveraging AI tools to enhance quality.

Formación

• 4+ years in QA automation with hands-on manual and exploratory testing.
• Experience running tests in CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions).
• Hands-on experience with Playwright for desktop/web.
• WebdriverIO and Appium for mobile testing.
• Experience testing Electron and/or React Native apps on iOS/Android.
• Experience using AI tools in QA and critically evaluating their output.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain desktop and mobile test automation for critical user flows.
• Integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines and keep them fast and reliable.
• Investigate failures, fix flaky tests, and manage test data and environments.
• Report clear, reproducible bugs and verify fixes.
• Work with developers and product on testability and acceptance criteria.
• Perform hands-on functional, exploratory, and regression testing of new features.
• Choose manual or automated coverage based on risk; maintain regression suites.
