Tether is seeking an Automation QA Engineer to own both manual and automated testing across desktop and mobile apps. You will build and maintain automation, integrate tests into CI/CD, investigate failures, and collaborate with product teams to ensure testability and quality throughout development and releases.

Experience with Playwright, WebdriverIO, Appium, and AI QA tools is highly valued. Remote-friendly with flexible schedules and a USD-based compensation package.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in QA automation and manual testing.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, e.g., GitHub Actions.
• Hands-on with Playwright for desktop/web and WebdriverIO + Appium for mobile.
• Experience testing Electron and/or React Native apps, including real devices.
• Experience using AI tools in QA; testing AI-powered apps is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Build and maintain desktop and mobile test automation.
• Integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines and keep them fast.
• Investigate failures, fix flaky tests, manage data/environments.
• Report bugs clearly and verify fixes.
• Collaborate with developers and product on testability and acceptance criteria.
• Perform hands-on functional, exploratory, and regression testing.
