AgileEngine Mendoza, Argentina seeks a Data & Analytics Developer to build Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions turning enterprise data into actionable insights. You will work with Snowflake, SAP HANA, and SQL, translating business needs into robust data models in an Agile, distributed team. Expect flextime with remote and office options and USD-based compensation.

Requirements include 4+ years of Power BI development, strong data modeling, DAX knowledge, and upper-intermediate English.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience developing Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Strong knowledge of Power BI data modeling, DAX, and visualization best practices.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with relational and analytical data.
• Experience with Snowflake or similar enterprise data platforms.
• Experience with SAP HANA, SAP data, or SAP-based source systems.

Responsabilités

• Partner with stakeholders to understand KPIs, data definitions, and analytical needs.
• Design and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports delivering clear insights.
• Translate requirements into data models, metrics, and visualizations.
• Coordinate data availability with IT and source-system owners.
• Onboard and integrate data into Snowflake and SAP HANA sources.
• Troubleshoot data and reporting issues across the data flow from source to Power BI.
• Collaborate with data owners and technical teams to improve data quality and reliability.
• Promote reusable data models and standardized KPI definitions.
• Guide stakeholders on data visualization best practices for decision-making.
• Document data definitions and reporting logic.
