AgileEngine in Argentina is seeking a Data & Analytics Developer to build Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions that turn enterprise data into actionable insights. You will collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into data models, KPIs, and visualizations, while integrating Snowflake and SAP data sources.
The role requires 4+ years of Power BI experience, strong SQL, DAX, and data modeling skills, and an upper-intermediate English level.
Qualifications
- 4+ years in Power BI dashboards and reports.
- Strong Power BI data modeling and DAX knowledge.
- Strong SQL skills with relational and analytical data.
- Experience with Snowflake or similar cloud platforms.
- Experience with SAP HANA/SAP-based source systems.
- Ability to translate business needs into data requirements.
Responsabilités
- Partner with stakeholders to understand KPIs and data needs.
- Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports.
- Translate requirements into data models, metrics, and visualizations.
- Coordinate data availability with IT and source-system owners.
- Onboard data into the enterprise data platform (Snowflake, SAP HANA).
- Troubleshoot data and reporting across the data flow.
- Collaborate to improve data quality and reliability.
- Promote reusable data models and KPI definitions.
- Guide stakeholders on data visualization best practices.
- Document definitions, logic, KPIs, and solutions.
- Work in an Agile delivery environment with distributed teams.
