AgileEngine, LLC is seeking a Data & Analytics Developer to build Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions that turn enterprise data into actionable insights.

Requires 4+ years of Power BI dash/dashboard development, strong data modeling and DAX, SQL skills, and experience with Snowflake and SAP sources. Upper-intermediate English. This full-time hybrid role offers remote and office options in Córdoba, Argentina.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional experience developing Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Strong knowledge of Power BI data modeling, DAX, and visualization best practices.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with relational and analytical data.
• Experience with Snowflake or similar cloud-based enterprise data platforms.
• Experience with SAP HANA, SAP data, or SAP-based source systems.
• Experience with data modeling, transformation, and integration concepts.
• Strong business analysis and requirements-gathering skills.
• Ability to translate business processes into technical and data requirements.
• Ability to work with both business and technical stakeholders.
• Understanding of data quality, governance, KPI definitions, and data consistency.
• Experience coordinating onboarding of data from enterprise systems.

Responsabilités

• Partner with stakeholders to understand KPIs, data definitions, and analytical needs.
• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Translate requirements into data models, metrics, and visualizations.
• Work with IT and data owners to identify data and data sources.
• Support onboarding of data into Snowflake and SAP data sources.
• Troubleshoot data and reporting issues across the data pipeline to Power BI.
• Collaborate with teams to improve data quality and consistency.
• Promote reusable data models and standardized KPI definitions.
• Guide stakeholders on effective data visualization for decision-making.
• Document definitions, reporting logic, KPIs, and technical solutions.
• Work in an Agile delivery environment with distributed teams.
