Responsibilities

• Interacts with client stakeholders pre-sale, at kickoff and during project to manage expectations and inform deliverables.
• Works with Learning Solutions BD lead to validate client needs and oversee post-sale project execution.
• Conducts needs assessments to identify training gaps and recommend learning solutions.
• Develops Training Roadmaps with defined curriculum and modality sequencing.
• Guides training concept evolution to align with project strategy and client engagement.
• Oversees development of training content delivered via multiple modalities (e-learning, live training, etc.).
• Ensures training content uses effective instructional design and leverages existing IP when needed.
• Coordinates with LMS, Selling Solutions teams and other internal stakeholders.
• Leads facilitator training or sessions as required and conducts client status meetings.
