Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
• Experience with medical affairs, medical and integrated evidence plans
• Strong business acumen, ability to manage projects, excellent communication skills, strong presentation, and meeting facilitation ability
• Graduate degree in business or life sciences
• Pharma or biotech industry experience

Responsibilities

• Build positive working relationships with customers, consulting staff, managers, leadership, and internal support teams.
• Partner with the customer in establishing a vision for the program/portfolio initiative as well as supporting the team and their potential.
• Demonstrate strong project management skills through proactive management of individual project responsibilities and workload to ensure objectives, milestones, and timelines are met efficiently and effectively.
• Provide guidance and oversight to project managers on overall delivery approach.
