Syneos Health Commercial Solutions is seeking a Sr Learning Advisor to oversee content development and client engagements within Learning Solutions projects. This role is accountable for implementing solutions designed by the Solution Design team and serves as the Learning Strategist on project teams, directing both full-time staff and contractor writers as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in pharmaceutical/biotech healthcare industry (e.g., field sales, field management, account management, MSL).
• Minimum 6 years in training/instructional design in pharma or equivalent.
• 4-year college degree or equivalent relevant experience
• Preferred: MBA or master's degree or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

• Serves as a Learning Strategist on projects and guides content development.
• Interacts with client stakeholders pre-sale, at kickoff and throughout the project; manages expectations.
• Conducts needs assessments to evaluate training gaps and recommend solutions.
• Develops Training Roadmaps with curriculum, modality, and sequencing.
• Oversees development of training content across modalities (e.g., e-learning, live training).
• Coordinates with LMS, Selling Solutions teams and other stakeholders; may facilitate trainings.
