Syneos Health Commercial Solutions in Buenos Aires seeks a Solution Design Manager - Pharma Drug Launch to drive development of pitches, gather BU materials, and craft client-facing content within the Full-Service Commercial team. You will align with a Functional Lead or Special Project, devoting at least 50% to the aligned area and managing timelines across multiple stakeholders.

You will contribute to budgets, SOW development, and cross-department workstreams, designing sessions and framing

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3–4 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience in management consulting or services firms.
• High proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
• Slide design and storyboarding experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong emotional intelligence and ability to navigate a matrixed environment.
• Ability to handle ambiguity and multiple priorities.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Drive development of select pitches with timelines and BU-facing communications.
• Take detailed notes and capture follow-up actions.
• Collaborate to drive follow-up activities from pitch to SOW.
• Design working session approaches and facilitate sessions.
• Consolidate content into client-facing materials for review.
• Support budget consolidation and staffing plans.
• Support delivery initiatives and storyboard content.
• Provide ad-hoc support for cross-department projects.
• Communicate direction to international staff and manage stakeholders.
