Formación

• Fluent English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Strong proficiency with technology, including Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and the ability to quickly learn new software and tools.
• Curiosity about AI and emerging technologies and willingness to learn how they apply to recruiting workflows.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple time zones, working closely with candidates, recruiters, and hiring teams to keep the process moving smoothly.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system (ATS), ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
• Serve as a point of contact for candidates, providing timely updates and ensuring a positive, professional experience throughout the hiring process.
• Support recruiters with sourcing activities, job postings, candidate pipeline management, and interview materials preparation.
• Leverage AI-powered tools to improve scheduling efficiency, candidate engagement, and workflow automation.
• Generate reports and track recruiting metrics to support data-driven decision making and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with global HR and talent acquisition colleagues to share best practices and support company-wide recruiting initiatives.
