Sovos is hiring an AI & Support Optimization Analyst in Argentina. You will implement, monitor, and scale AI technologies to improve global customer support and automate workflows while ensuring quality and ethical standards. You will partner with support teams to gather feedback and expand automation responsibly.

You will analyze AI performance, fine-tune tools, and report on efficiency gains to stakeholders, helping thousands of customers and advancing Sovos AI initiatives.

Formación

• Experience in support operations, data analysis, or related roles with customer-facing technologies and workflows.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills to translate data into actionable insights for improvements.
• Familiarity with customer support platforms, ticketing systems, and scaling KPIs.
• Comfort with AI-assisted workflows and curiosity about automation in CS.
• Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor and optimize AI-powered customer support systems (chatbots, automated ticketing, routing) as demand grows.
• Analyze AI performance metrics to identify bottlenecks, track resolution rates and CS satisfaction.
• Configure and fine-tune AI tools using data-driven insights and A/B testing.
• Leverage AI-assisted workflows to identify new automation use cases for efficiency.
• Assist in governance to ensure quality, compliance and ethics across interactions.
• Create reports on AI performance, scale metrics and efficiency for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with support teams to refine automation and maintain human touch.
