Job summary

Sovos in Argentina is seeking an Implementation Consultant I to guide new clients through onboarding from kickoff to go-live. You will manage project plans, configure systems, deliver training, and ensure a smooth transition to ongoing support teams while building strong client relationships.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree, 1–2 years in service roles, knowledge of tax software or SaaS implementations, strong English, and comfort with AI-assisted workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 1–2 years in service-related roles managing multiple projects and client relationships.
• Foundational understanding of tax compliance software, SaaS implementations, or related product offerings.
• Strong time management, organizational, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Comfort with AI-assisted workflows and technology platforms including project management tools, CRM systems, and collaboration software.
• Background check will be required upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Guide new clients through onboarding from kickoff to go-live, managing project plans and timelines.
• Complete configuration tasks and document setup details for long-term success.
• Translate client requirements into technical specifications and deliver tech-based solutions.
• Provide training to clients and manage transitions to support teams after project completion.
• Leverage AI tools to improve implementation workflows, documentation, reporting, and tooling.
• Maintain ongoing client support during peak processing periods.
