Sovos is hiring an Implementation Consultant II in Argentina to guide large-scale client onboarding and configuration projects. You will coordinate across teams, design solutions, and ensure a smooth handoff to clients. The role emphasizes tax rule knowledge, client training, and ongoing process improvements while leveraging AI tools.

Qualifications

• Experience in client implementation or project management.
• Strong knowledge of tax rules and processes for the product market you'll be supporting.
• Excellent time management, organizational, and decision-making skills.
• Clear English communication, written and spoken.
• Comfort with AI-assisted tools to improve configuration and delivery outcomes.
• Background check will be required due to client contractual obligations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for large, complex client implementations; manage plans, risks, and issues from kickoff to handoff.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to complete configuration tasks and document solution architecture.
• Prepare and manage detailed project plans across multiple initiatives, balancing scope, schedule, and quality with stakeholders informed.
• Lead client sessions to design technology solutions and ensure seamless handoff after implementation.
• Provide training, coaching, and mentoring to clients and teammates during peak times and beyond.
• Identify and implement process improvements across tools, templates, and workflows to strengthen onboarding.
• Leverage AI tools and emerging technologies to streamline configuration workflows and enhance delivery efficiency.
