Job summary

Remote is seeking a Lifecycle Specialist, Employee Relations & Transitions, to support exits for external employees, ensuring legal compliance and delightful client service. You will provide first-level Employee Relations guidance, coordinate resources, and drive improvements in lifecycle processes.

You will work in a fast-paced, asynchronous, international team, reporting to the Manager of Employee Lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Experience as a HR Advisor/HRBP with lifecycle exposure.
• Proven background managing voluntary/involuntary exits with compliance.
• Ability to interpret HR regulations across jurisdictions.
• Strong communication, negotiation and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end employee exits across multiple jurisdictions with high service quality.
• Provide HR guidance on terminations, resignations, and transfers while ensuring legal compliance.
• Lead client meetings on separations, settlements, and termination outcomes.
• Coordinate with payroll, legal, and counselors to ensure compliant offboarding."
• Respond to queries and act as SME for offboarding and employee relations processes.
• Identify process improvements and automation opportunities within lifecycle operations.
